We are on the lookout for a Change Manager to lead and implement a change strategy for the implementation of a new ERP

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust Change Strategy to support the implementation of the new ERP system and associated business transformation initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the Change Strategy 

Facilitate the identification and implementation of process and systems changes required to support the ERP implementation

Partner with the HR transformation partner to address aspects of organisational change, ensuring a seamless transition for all employees

Develop and implement a comprehensive Training Plan 

Supervise and support a team of 8 Change Champions

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation

Essential Skills 

Experience in creating a change strategy

Strong background in ERP

Manufacturing sector experience
