Network Technician

We are looking for a Network Technician to play a pivotal role in delivering technical assistance to a diverse range of clientele. This role operates on a 24 x 7 shift basis, following a pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, and 4 nights on.
Responsibilities
Deliver Network & UC support services to an extensive customer base
Continuously enhance your expertise by immersing yourself in a variety of Technologies, including SD-WAN & Cloud UC platforms
Operate within a multi-vendor network support framework encompassing Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Juniper technologies
Utilise effective triage methods to investigate incidents thoroughly, guiding them through to successful resolution
Collaborate closely with our connectivity partners to address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Essential Skills
Excellent Phone manner with attention to details and customer focus
Supported organisations at a 1st line level
Basic networking understanding
