Test Manager

We are searching for a Test Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of a D365 rollout. You will be responsible for leading the entire testing function, including strategy development, test execution, and automation tool implementation
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and implementation of testing strategies and policies
Develop comprehensive test plans, allocate resources effectively, and oversee the execution of test cycles
Manage and coordinate both internal and external testing teams
Evaluate the progress, effectiveness, and quality of testing efforts
Prepare and deliver detailed testing reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement
Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to team members to build a strong, capable testing team
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring they are updated on the testing progress
Essential Skills
Previous Test Management experience
Knowledge of D365 F&O and CE
