We are looking for a Technical Analyst to ensure the design and implementation of client's API's meet their business needs and adhere to best practices
Responsibilities
Ensure the design of the proposed APIs meets the business needs
Work with suppliers to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the APIs are secure, efficient, and scalable
Ensure API documentation is completed and of sufficient quality
Work closely with supplier development teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs into new and existing systems
Coordinate with business customers to understand their requirements and ensure releases meet their needs
Conduct training sessions and workshops with the business on API usage and release processes
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs as well as XML
Experience with API management tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar
Knowledge of web services, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
