We are searching for a Project Manager who will play a key role in overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge Smart Technology while effectively monitoring and coordinating 3rd Party Business Change workstreams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and transformation within a complex organisational setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Smart Technology

Monitor and manage 3rd Party Business Change workstreams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project objectives

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver project milestones on time and within budget

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against key deliverables

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges

Prepare regular status updates and present findings to senior management and stakeholders

Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption

Support on-site project activities as needed to drive implementation success

Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Skills 

Proven experience implementing IT services in an aviation setting or another complex organisational environment

Strong ability to manage 3rd Party Stakeholders effectively
