We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of three distinct projects: a digital transformation initiative, the decommissioning of a legacy system, and the implementation of a new operating model
Responsibilities
Lead the transition from paper-based communications to digital platforms
Implement solutions such as chatbots, WhatsApp, and other modern communication tools
Define project scope and manage stakeholders throughout the transformation
Manage the decommissioning of a legacy timesheeting and project management tool
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify a new timesheeting solution, which could involve a simple spreadsheet-based approach or the adoption of a new system
Oversee the selection process, ensuring alignment with the company's operational needs
Essential Skills
Strong Project Management skills
Prince 2 practitioner
Previous delivery of Applications/Systems
Familiarity of Digital Projects
Experience of delivering of multiple workstreams
