We are searching for a Modern Workplace Team Lead to provide engineering and technical leadership in the delivery of enterprise-wide IT modern workplace services
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern workplace services across M365 and associated technologies.
Manage and mentor the 3rd line engineering team, providing technical leadership and guidance.
Oversee the organisation's modern workplace solutions, including visitor services and curatorial department support.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex 3rd line issues, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts with software providers to ensure optimal performance and value.
Conduct routine system health checks and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for system stability and availability
Monitor licensing and provisioning to maintain compliance and operational readiness
Essential Skills
Proven technical expertise in M365 administration and modern workplace solutions
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring IT engineering teams
