Lead Digital Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Digital Developer to lead the development of a multi-country website, eCommerce platform, email marketing, social media marketing, and SMS messaging solutions, with a focus on data-driven, customer-centric digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new websites utilising a DXP with headless CMS elements.
- Develop and maintain a write-once, publish-often SCV-driven personalisation engine to deliver tailored customer experiences.
- Oversee the integration of multiple digital channels.
- Implement best practices for web development, including responsive design, SEO optimisation, and performance tuning.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading complex web development projects across multiple digital channels.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (Java also acceptable) and a solid grasp of front-end technologies (any JavaScript library).
- Expertise in headless CMS principles, particularly as a replacement for traditional platforms like WordPress.
