We are searching for an Insight Analyst and Reporting Officer to drive data-driven decision-making by analysing and presenting actionable insights

Responsibilities

Analyse data to generate meaningful insights that inform organisational priorities and strategy

Write and present detailed insight reports, explaining analytical findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement while promoting organisational learning through guidance and support to colleagues

Deliver analysis skills training to upskill colleagues across the organisation

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure the commissioning of reliable and robust research and evaluations

Support the organisation in achieving its strategic aims through high-quality data analysis and insight delivery

Essential Skills 

Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and accessible manner
