We are searching for a Head of IT to oversee the daily operations of IT and data functions within our client’s organisation. You will succeed the interim Head of IT, taking the reins to build on their work in key areas, including IT reputation, strategy, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of IT and data functions, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Manage and develop three core teams.
- Provide leadership to a young, talented team, pushing for their growth and development.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience leading IT and data teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with a focus on development.
- Ability to build effective communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
