We are on the lookout for a Head of Digital Product Management who will drive the development of high-quality digital and e-commerce solutions
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive digital product roadmap, focusing on both tactical improvements and long-term product innovation
Lead the delivery of new features and oversee the maintenance of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Drive the redevelopment of customer-facing online platforms, creating seamless and engaging user experiences
Collaborate with external vendors to build and optimise web platforms, ensuring they meet business goals and technical specifications
Partner with insights teams to stay informed on customer needs and market trends, using these insights to refine the digital product roadmap
Ensure the digital product strategy enhances overall customer experience and aligns with the company's broader goals
Manage ongoing performance analysis of digital products, utilising data insights to drive continuous improvement
Essential Skills
Proven experience in leading digital product management, specifically within e-commerce and web development
Strong background in building and executing digital product strategies and roadmaps
Expertise in customer experience design, digital platforms, and frontend web development
