DevOps Support Engineer

We are searching for a DevOps Support Engineer who will be crucial in delivering timely technical support. This role involves supporting AWS infrastructure and Python libraries, resolving client-raised tickets via Jira, and providing clear guidance to non-technical users. This is an urgent contract position to support the current team while they recruit permanent staff.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets from healthcare clients via Jira
- Troubleshoot issues with AWS services and Python libraries
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users to resolve problems
- Collaborate with internal DevOps and dev teams on complex issues
Essential Skills
- Strong AWS DevOps experience, including AWS Workspaces
- Confident troubleshooting Python libraries
- Familiar with Jira or Kanban-based ticketing systems
- Able to configure S3 buckets, IAM roles, and provision access
