We are looking for a Data Management Lead who will oversee the development of high-quality Data Quality and Data Governance initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Data Quality and Data Governance frameworks to ensure reliable and accurate data across the organisation

Develop and enforce data management standards, working closely with stakeholders to embed governance practices into business processes

Act as the company’s subject matter expert on data quality, advising senior leadership on data management strategies, data ownership, and compliance with regulatory frameworks

Monitor and improve data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues and overseeing the implementation of data stewardship programmes

Collaborate with Data Architects and Data Engineers to define data architecture strategies, ensuring that data is structured, governed, and modelled in ways that support business objectives

Ensure the effective design, implementation, and optimisation of scalable and secure data pipelines

Manage the data lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data flow across the systems

Essential Skills 

Proven experience in Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance

Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and data stewardship programmes
