We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Supporter System operations. This position will support the transition from their existing CRM system, to Microsoft Dynamics 365 while managing third-party data providers to uphold compliance, enhance data quality, and achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CRM Product Owner and internal/external stakeholders to design and implement efficient, cost-effective processes to support the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement, with a focus on innovation, process refinement, and research-led advancements.

Analyse data imports and exports within the supporter database to generate actionable insights that prioritise improvements, reduce complexity, and establish baseline metrics for data quality and supplier performance.

Provide leadership for training new users, conducting user acceptance testing, and resolving technical issues related to system enhancements and upgrades.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data management principles, batch data processing, scheduling, testing, and quality assurance techniques.

Proven track record of leading a data processing team and managing intricate job processes involving multiple sources and clients.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including working knowledge of its framework and platform.
