We are searching for a Cutover Manager to play a critical role in our client’s organisation-wide transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of a new ERP system, focusing on Finance and Facilities modules. As the business approaches the Systems Integration Testing phase at the end of January, your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a successful go-live and a seamless transition into BAU.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the Deployment and Cutover Plan, including the detailed cutover playbook

Project manage the delivery of the deployment and cutover plan

Lead the execution of the detailed cutover playbook, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders

Plan and co-ordinate dress rehearsals for cutover, ensuring thorough documentation of learnings and actionable outcomes

Monitor and escalate risks related to deployment and cutover activities, providing timely solutions to mitigate challenges

Guide the business through the go-live process

Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure readiness and alignment for go-live activities

Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
