We are searching for a Change Manager who will lead strategic change initiatives within a complex environment. Working collaboratively with the wider Change Practice and Sussex Projects teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering effective change through a structured framework.

Responsibilities 

- Lead change activities across strategic projects using a structured framework.

- Conduct impact assessments and readiness reviews at all organisational levels.

- Deliver change plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

- Track adoption and benefits realisation using data-driven insights.

Essential Skills

- Experience delivering people change in complex environments.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Able to balance diverse perspectives and navigate organisational dynamics.
