Change Manager

We are on the lookout for a Change Manager who will drive the successful implementation of a Business Systems Roadmap across various business and IT projects, with a focus on SAP ECC6
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Strategy and Framework in collaboration with the Programme Director
Create and implement communication and training strategies to support the smooth adoption of new systems
Establish and coordinate Change Agents across key manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent messaging and support
Work on the refinement of commercial tools, including Salesforce, to drive business efficiency
Manage change initiatives for multiple systems, including order taking and dispatch systems and a recipe configuration tool
Ensure alignment between business goals and system changes, providing clarity on how changes impact individuals and their roles
Deliver clear communication across the business on how SAP and other system changes will affect day-to-day operations
Lead efforts to 'sell' the benefits of the BSR and SAP initiatives, securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
Essential Skills
Strong Change Management skills
