Business Analyst – Practice Management System

Our client is embarking on a new programme to implement a practice management system and is in the final stages of supplier selection. They are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to support the programme from requirements gathering through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Shadow the external consultant to understand existing requirements and data gathering processes
- Engage with business stakeholders and suppliers to refine system requirements
- Identify and document common requirements across the organisation
- Present findings to the business to support a comprehensive RFP process
Essential Skills
- Strong Business Analysis skills, particularly in system implementation projects
- Industry experience in Healthcare
- Hands-on experience with PMS, ERP, or CRM
- Experience with cloud-based systems
