Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's Customer Transformation Programme and providing business analysis expertise across various functions, including Marketing, Design and Development, Buying, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources. The role involves 70% hands-on business analysis work and 30% implementing best practices and toolkits to enhance the business analysis function.
Responsibilities
Work within the transformation team to improve business processes across the retail spectrum
Own project documentation and templates relating to business analysis throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver analysis activities within projects, including stakeholder mapping, SWOT analysis, process maps, and business requirements gathering
Identify and support commercial teams in calculating and tracking benefits within various initiatives
Prioritise initiatives and requirements based on solid frameworks and data-driven analysis
Support and guide the business analysis function to ensure best practices are followed
Build productive relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate the elicitation of requirements
