We are searching for a BI Service Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and optimisation of BI solutions within our client's organisation. 

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of BI professionals, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Set clear goals, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.

- Define and maintain a roadmap for BI service delivery, encompassing data governance, modelling, analytics, reporting, and self-service capabilities.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient BI solutions that address end-user needs.

- Develop metrics and key performance indicators to track BI solution effectiveness and user adoption.

Essential Skills

- Strong BI management experience with proven ability to design data models and utilise all related BI tools.

- Ability to serve as the connection point between the UK BI team and the US data team.

- Willingness and ability to travel to the USA on a quarterly basis for one week at a time.

- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement experience.
