Apps & Reporting Lead

We are searching for an Apps & Reporting Lead who will drive the development of MI, BI, and data solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the business
Responsibilities
Lead the Application and Reporting team in delivering robust data products and solutions
Drive innovation by introducing new tools and techniques to improve data accuracy and accessibility
Act as a subject matter expert, advising leadership on data input, interaction, and consumption strategies
Collaborate with Data Architects to implement and optimise data architecture for consumption and semantic design
Ensure effective management and handover of scalable, secure data pipelines to support teams
Assist in implementing Data Governance strategies, including data ownership, quality, and lifecycle management
Maintain and deliver reports and dashboards using SQL Server and Tableau to provide insights into business performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and enhance reporting frameworks
Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable format
Mentor and lead a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Essential Skills
Experience in a MI/BI Lead or related data management role
Proven track record in delivering MI solutions using Tableau
Experience in data warehouse design, business intelligence, and data services
Leadership experience managing developers and analysts
